Your use of YouLink ("platform", "we") is subject to the following terms. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

YouLink is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to create, manage, and share professional link-in-bio pages. Our platform includes:

• Link management and page creation
• Professional templates
• Analytics and statistics
• Mini store feature
• Team management
• QR code generation
• Media kit

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Creation

To create an account, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Create a secure password

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you must follow these rules:

3.1 Permitted Content

• Sharing content for lawful purposes
• Personal or business promotion
• Displaying online store products
• Sharing social media links
• Blog posts and content sharing

3.2 Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content or activities
• Spam, fake content, or misleading information
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement
• Defamation, insults, or threats
• Pornographic or adult content
• Violence or hate speech
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution
• Phishing or fraud
• Unauthorized collection of personal information
• Use of bots or scrapers
• Attempting to harm platform infrastructure
• Using APIs in violation of policies

4. Mini Store and Payments

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using the mini store feature must:

• Be responsible for the accuracy and delivery of products sold
• Provide valid pricing and payment terms
• Protect customer privacy
• Conduct legitimate business activities
• Comply with third-party payment provider terms

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed directly between the seller and the payment provider. YouLink is not a party to payment transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Intellectual Property

YouLink logo, design, software, and content are our intellectual property. They may not be copied or used without our permission.

5.2 User Content

Content you share on your links and pages belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for information about how your personal data is collected and used.

7. Platform Changes

We may modify the platform to improve our services:

• We may add or remove features
• We may change the pricing structure
• We may restrict platform access

We will provide notice of significant changes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Automatic Suspension

Your account may be automatically suspended if:

• Prohibited content is detected
• Spam or abuse is detected
• Required by law

8.2 Account Closure

Your account may be permanently closed for:

• Repeated violations of terms of service
• Illegal activities
• Fraud or abuse
• Account not used for 12 months

9. Limitation of Liability

LEGAL NOTICE: The platform is provided "as is".

• We do not guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not responsible for third-party content
• We are not responsible for mini store seller activities
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content

Our total liability arising from platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid for this service.

10. Indemnification

By using the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, action, or damage arising from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights and obligations under these terms to anyone else.
